Payments

Pay how your customers pay.

NetOS connects to the payment providers your operators actually use. Bring your own credentials, we handle the rest.

East Africa

Built in

Where NetOS was built. M-Pesa is first-class — STK Push, C2B callbacks, paybill or till. Pesapal covers card and mobile money across the region.

  • M-PesaSafaricom Daraja — Kenya. Vodacom for Tanzania, MTN for Uganda on request.
  • Pesapalv3 OAuth. Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, Zambia.

Africa (wider)

Built in

Cross-border collections through aggregators that cover most African markets, including card and local mobile money.

  • FlutterwaveNigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, and more.
  • PaystackNigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya. NGN, GHS, ZAR, KES, USD.

Rest of the World

On request

For operators outside Africa, we add the right provider on request. The payment driver layer is built for this — adding a new gateway is a clean integration, not a rewrite. Defaults work for most of our customers, so most operators never need this.

  • StripeCards and recurring billing. US, UK, EU, Australia, and most of the world.
  • PayPalGlobal card and PayPal balance.
  • Local card gatewaysRazorpay, Mercado Pago, your country’s rails — talk to us.

Cash

Built in

Universal. Operators record cash payments manually — they hit the same ledger and trigger the same actions (reconnect, SMS receipt, invoice update, revenue counter) as electronic payments.

  • Manual cash receiptsLogged by you or your team. Full audit trail in accounting.

Defaults work for most operators. If your country needs a provider we haven’t shipped yet, we’ll build the integration in for you — payment drivers are designed to be added cleanly.

How it works

Three steps to taking payment.

  1. Step 1

    Bring your own credentials

Sign up for your provider (M-Pesa Daraja, Pesapal, Flutterwave, Paystack, whichever fits your country). You hold the relationship and the money lands in your account.

  2. Step 2

    Plug in once

Paste your API keys into NetOS settings. Provider goes live in seconds. Switch providers later without changing how your customer bills look.

  3. Step 3

The platform takes it from there

Customer pays, NetOS reads the callback, RADIUS reconnects them, SMS receipt sends, invoice posts, revenue counter ticks up. You don’t touch anything.

Don’t see your provider?

Tell us where you operate and which gateway you use. We add new providers cleanly — usually within a week.
